How to overcome procrastination is a major concern for millions of people, as it was for me. My resolve to stop procrastinating and start taking action to achieve my goals prompted me to research the behaviour and come up with strategies for defeating it. Now I’ve written a book on the topic, titled Getting to Action: How to stop procrastination and achieve your goals.
I am dedicating this blog to explore the causes that bring about procrastination and the ways of overcoming it. I’ll do that by discussing some of the main points in my book and also by offering additional information and strategies.
